Sarah In Wonderland

With the very far away arrival of Tim Burton's "Alice In Wonderland", I got inspired to shoot my friend Sarah with a fantasy "Wonderland-ish" feel. I actually wanted to do this photograph since I started photography two years ago, but I've been pushing it off until I was sure I could make it look the way I envisioned it.

Jenny

Here's a portrait I did of my friend Jenny. I was in a park doing the shoot and I got inspired by the National Geographic's "Afgan Girl".

The Secret World of Alex Martinez

Time for an update yo! So the awesome photographer I'm interning with is Alex Martinez, check out his stuff!! I shot a bunch of fashion for him to start my very own book. Here we have my sister, Azra, who I shot several pics of. I have plenty of other friends too and I'll be posting them soon.

Fur Elise

I shot my friend Sarah White in her music room. We wanted to try a fashion shoot, I'll post other outfits soon.

Dancing Lady (Now With 30% More Fruit!)

I shot my school's graduation ceremony and was surprised by what they had in stored for the guests at meal time. There was a large room with two enormous tables of all sorts of food and spread around the room were boxes that had 4 different-colored spandex dancers and 1 multi-colored one. I shot the yellow girl and thought her pose was cool so I edited it a bit.

Let's Shoot Some Shoes

I shot these shoes a while back for one of my Commercial Photography projects. I remember scrambling through stores to find a pair that wasn't scuffed. Apparently they're a lot harder to find, even if the shoes are new. People tend to get aggressive over footwear.

Nose Ring

This photo I shot sometime back and kept forgetting to put on my blog. I was in Statesboro and shot a friend of mine while the sun cast a warm/cool curtain of color. No one seems to like the glare on his nose but me.

There's Jalapenos In My Bread!

I shot Jalapeno Corn Bread as my food product for my Advanced Commercial Photography Class. I liked the look of it, I liked the taste even more.

Jessica

I shot my friend Jessica. I wanted to try a portrait my classmates haven't yet, so I did nude. I think it is nice. There are others I like more, but this one has such a nice body curve.

Expecting

I shot a friend of mine's sister and her husband. They're expecting their second child and wanted some photos with their born son and their unborn one. It was a fun shoot, their dog kept sniffing me, but aside from that, all went well.

Down South Y'all

My recent visit to Statesboro (and Savannah tomorrow) came with some fun photo ops in the vast farmlands that have just recently brought their crop season to a close. During a sunset, Sean Erik Todd, (a graphic designer from Georgia Southern University) leaps for joy over a cotton field.

Drunk

Here's the long-awaited post, nothing special, I just happen to find myself a new project to post. This is the alcohol assignment I just shot for my Advanced Commercial Photography.

When Life Gives You Pomegranates

I needed pomegranates to photograph for tomorrows Adv. Commercial assignment. They are out of season (who knew). I needed to change my idea, but I tried to keep it as close to my original as possible, I hope all goes well. Oh yeah, welcome back. I noticed my blog's been dead for a month (eww). I decided I didn't want it to die away into cyberspace.
